Refunds

We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to working with you to accommodate your needs.

Our Policies

You have the option of choosing an in-house or mobile appointment. Before your appointment, we will discuss which option best suits your needs.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. After one rescheduling, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to any client. If, during the service, they feel uncomfortable for any reason, they may discontinue the service. Please note that no refunds will be provided.

If more than three individuals require service, additional charges will apply. Pricing varies and will be discussed with you before your appointment.

If your mobile appointment is more than 30 miles from our office, an additional fee of $50 will be charged.

For mobile appointments, please ensure all pets are securely restrained. If pets are not properly secured, your appointment will be canceled without a refund.

We understand that life happens. Please contact us within 2 hours of your appointment time for any changes. If changes occur after this window, we will do our best to accommodate you the same day or reschedule your appointment.

All invoices must be settled at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your appointment.

We are a CASHLESS business. All invoices must be paid using credit or debit cards.

DNA test results will be emailed to all clients. Please ensure you provide the correct email address. For law offices, DNA tests will be delivered directly to your office.
